Staff was amazing - this is not accessible friendly as it is in a large hill but great location

It’s an older building and on top of the metro so just beware that you hear the train all night

This was my second visit, and everything was great again. I really enjoyed the breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and the location is perfect. I will definitely keep coming back.

Sometimes the room lock gets stuck, so it would be better to replace the old locks with new ones.

(1) The LOCATION, (2) the VIEW from the room windows and from the terrace, and (3) the authentic rooms - design, furniture, ceiling, etc.

The pool was always cold, otherwise very nice. If they heat it up, it would be way better. The breakfast is good but international style, no typical Turkish baked goods.

Location, location, location. Book this property if you want to see an amazing view of the Golden Horn and the Galata Tower. Plus, great and cheap stores around. You can't beat the property location.

Bad wifi. Problems with room transferring (they had a client who couldn't leave so we had to separate our family in two rooms). Somebody hacked their Booking.com account and sent me a phishing link to steal money from my credit card; fortunately nothing was stolen.

but all in all the staffs there was amzine very helpful cant complaine

poor wifi and not much chose for breakefast.sad to say am sure i saw bed bugs the first 2 nights

NOTHING!!!! The property it’s NOT! The one advertising is another property 3 blocks away and this one is horrible

The sewer small so bad imposible to stay there, we got the apartment in the top floor with the shower drain clogged, full of mosquitoes and very dirty sheets so a nightmare

Centrally, located right behind the Egyptian bizarre spacious rooms, friendly star good breakfast. I'm very easily accessible.

Location was not a problem but there is a big hill to get to the hotel. Hotel has an amazing view.If you r not use to walk up and down the hills then better b. Its very cute I like it a lot

this was a reservation for a group of friends of mine. they were amazed by the location ( they didn't mind the slight uphill - this is the formation of most Istanbul areas) . The hotel offers amazing views and has clean and comfy rooms. the staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent.

It was a nice place. Location was perfect and we loved the breakfast.

We had cold water in the morning for some hours and the room was a bit sticky.

The hotel is located top of the hill was very hard to reach There. The rooms were not clean.

Bosphorus view room was a bit noisy from the Metro trains, and there is a Mosque which wakes you up with the prayers.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of food. Found the location difficult.

The location for me was difficult as it was high up. As an older person walking to the hotel from town I found it hard work.
